Lets meet the plants! ✨
Chamomile is definitely the most widely known and commonly used. It's known for its relaxant abilities and being antispasmodic. It has been long used to help with abdominal pain in babies and children resulting from things like gas and colic as well as indigestion.
Fennel has been long used to aid with digestive issues and has been shown to have flatulence reducing properties. Especially in babies with how gentle it is. Another bonus, it's a great ally respiratory health!
Lastly we have Catnip. This is probably the least talked about, but mothers have been using this herb for the babies for generations. Most commonly paired with Fennel, Catnip has been proven to help calm and soothe the stomach.
These herbs are tried and true remedies and can be so helpful during a time that can be so hard. I'm not a doctor, so always consult with a medical professional before starting any regimen. With a little research I'm sure you will quickly find how incredible, gentle and helpful these plant allies can be ✨
These are 1oz Tinctures in amber dropper bottles.
The shelf life is 2 years when stored in a cool dry place.
