Brews fantastic in a French press. Drink it straight or add your favorite creamer (I add my homemade pumpkin spice creamer and it's dreamy 😍) This blend has a remarkably familiar taste to coffee, without the caffeine! Focusing on gut health, liver function, and dealing with our ever so growing daily stressors. I made this blend with the intention of lowering anxiety while also providing you important bioavailable vitamins and minerals. Ashwahganda is a wonderful adaptogen that helps regulate hormones including elevated cortisol levels. Dandelion root helps with blood cleansing and liver function and is packed full of iron, calcium, and Vitamins A&D (along with so many other great things!), Chaga decreases oxidative stress and is great for liver and digestive health! Chicory root provides flavor and inulin which is an incredibly important prebiotic. Cinnamon is great for lowering blood sugar levels (and has a mile long list of other health benefits) and of course Cacao, probably one of the more well known plant allys. Known for its mood lifting abilities and high antioxidant content. It acts as a stimulant, however does not contain caffeine.
